Event Planning
With more than five years of experience planning and promoting successful events, we are excited to apply these skills to the corporate arena. We would be happy to assist you with your fundraiser, company gathering, or by entertaining your clients. Let our staff help add spice to your business!
- LOCATION: Corporate events may be held at the IntoSalsa Latin Dance Studio or the venue of the restaurants and bars with whom we have partnered.
- MUSIC: Our DJ's will tailor the song list to your needs and preferences. Each of our DJ's is willing to offer discounts to any of our partners. We also have live Latin bands available.
- DANCE PERFORMANCES: We have many experienced performers available to entertain your guests. We have solo, couple, and group performers in a variety of dance styles to best meet the needs of your event.
- DANCE INSTRUCTION: Get your party moving by bringing our instructors to your event. Our instructors are availabe to teach Salsa, Merengue, ChaCha, Bachata, and Belly Dancing, even to those with no dance experience or "two left feet".
- PHOTOGRAPHERS: Photography is a great way to capture the highlights of your event and advertise your business and future events. Videography may also be available.
- CATERING: IndySalsa will coordinate with partnering restaurants and caterers to provide a variety of menu options to best fit the needs of your event.
